How does the LifeTrack Zone C410 work?

LifeTrack Zone C410The fitness tracker is worn on your wrist like a watch, day and night. It does not require charging as its long-lasting, replaceable battery works for around a year. It is fully submersible up to 30 feet, so you can even leave it on whilst in the shower or when taking a swim.

During the day it will count the number of steps you have taken, and use this information along with its pace-based calibration algorithm to calculate the distance you have travelled. Through the press of a button it can take your heart rate, something that it does throughout the day to help it more accurately count the number of calories you have burned.

Throughout the night, the Zone C401 will observe how well you sleep, based on your motion and arm posture. As it is worn on your arm, it is much more accurate than using a smartphone app alone to monitor your sleep patterns, and will automatically detect when you fall asleep and wake up.

How does the companion app work?

The companion app is available for both Android and iOS. The Zone C410 can connect to the app via Bluetooth, where data from the last 7 days can be downloaded, allowing you to view your activities from the last week. Being able to reflect on the last week will help in your quest to become fitter and healthier, allowing you to plan both sleep and exercise into your daily regime.
